About Magic Masala

This masala rice recipe is quick & easy, especially when you have leftover rice. It makes for a filling brunch or lunch/dinner had plain or accompanied with a bowl of yogurt or raita. Masala Rice Recipe – A quick masala rice recipe made with leftover rice, veggies and spices.

INGREDIENTS

Rice grains, dehydrated vegetables (onion & garlic powder & flakes & Tomato powder, capsicum Bits), Iodized salt, sugar, spices & condiments (Coriander, Turmeric, Chilly, Fenugreek, Pepper Black, Cumin, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Anise star, Cinnamon & clove powder), Maltodextrine, ) hydrolyzed vegetable protein, Whey powder, Citric Acid, anticaking agent (551), and Contains added Natural & Nature identical flavouring substances.

COOKING METHOD

Gentle Method:
1. Soak premix in water for 10minutes, drain the water.
2. Take 300ml (3-4 cup) water in pan, add 1tsp oil & boil.
3. Add the premix & seasoning pouch.
4. Stir & cook on medium flame for 12-15 minutes.
