Schezwan rice recipe – if you crave for something spicy for lunch or dinner, then schezwan fried rice is a good option. It's easy to prepare if you have schezwan sauce ready with you. Chopping the veggies does take some time. However, modern gadgets like an electric chopper or food processor makes the work easy.

INGREDIENTS

Rice grains, SEASONING MASALA, Iodized salt, dehydrated vegetables (Garlic powder, onion flakes & powder, tomato powder, carrot flakes, capsicum bits), sugar granules, spices & condiments (chilly, ginger, pepper, cinnamon, clove powder), Schezwan pepper, Hydrolyzed vegetable protein, Yeast extract powder, Maltodextrine, Citric Acid, Anticaking agent (551), Natural Food colour (160b) Contains added Natural & Nature identical flavouring substances.

COOKING METHOD

Gentle  Method:
1. Soak premix in water for 10minutes, drain the water.
2. Take 300ml (3-4 cup) water in pan, add 1tsp oil & boil.
3. Add the premix & seasoning pouch.
4. Stir & cook on medium flame for 12-15 minutes.
