About Veg Biryani

Vegetable biryani is a Mughlai recipe and is prepared by a lot of pressure (dum).  Green vegetables, basmati rice, desi ghee, curd and endless spices are brought in use which gives it a unique flavor that is liked by all.


INGREDIENTS

Rice grains, Iodized salt, Maltodextrin, spices & condiments (Coriander, Cumin, Cinnamon, clove, Bay leaf, star Anise, Fenugreek, Ginger, Cardamom, Mace, Turmeric, Fennel, Nutmeg, Pepper Black powder), dehydrated vegetables (onion, garlic powder & flakes, Carrot flakes), Maize starch and Contains added Natural & Nature identical flavouring substances.

COOKING METHOD

Gentle Method:
1. Soak premix in water for 10minutes, drain the water.
2. Take 300ml (3-4 cup) water in pan, add 1tsp ghee/oil & boil.
3. Add the premix & seasoning pouch.
4. Stir & cook on medium flame for 12-15 minutes.
